I am definitely a skeptic when it comes to eye creams. I've tried many and very few have actually worked, and when they do the results are so minimal that the results aren't worth the time and aggravation. Well I can say this isn't the case when it comes to this cream! Let me begin by saying that I have some serious undereye baggage, mainly due to allergies and genetics. At the beginning I really didn't notice much of a difference when I started using this product. So when did I notice a difference..?? Just when I was about to give up on this product! I used this product for almost a month when I called it quits. For the following week after I stopped using this product I was wondering why the heck I looked so tired. I did all the usual things to look well rested-sleep more, drink fluids, cool compress, & concealer. No go..I still didn't look as fresh! It took me all week to realize that the difference had to be the eye cream!! While this eye cream is NOT a miracle it definitely works!! If you make sure to use this product on a daily basis 2 times a day it will decrease your undereye puffiness and darkness!! In all honesty I can't tell you how well this works for wrinkles, my skin isn't there yet. But who couldn't use a little help with depuffing that undereye area after they wake up..??

Pros
-Affordable - $9.99 at most drugstores. $2 coupon available in most Sunday papers and in the Biore display in stores.
-Reduces undereye puffiness.
-This doesn't have the heaviness of typical undereye creams, the consistency is like a gel.
-Leaves your undereye area smooth as if you used a primer.
-Very pleasant smell.
-Doesn't sting if it gets in your eyes (yes I got this in my eyes! I'm a freakin klutz!).
-Minimizes the darkness under your eyes.
-The applicator makes the cream easy to apply, no mess!

Cons
-This specific item can be hard to find. In my experience I can find the whole Biore Skin Preservation Line everywhere I go except for this eye cream. I don't think the item is sold out, I think only certain stores carry the eye cream. FYI-I bought mine from Walgreens.
-Results can take some time to notice.

Overall
I will be buying this again! I'm really happy with the results.

4.5 out of 5.

  2. I think I need to start using eye cream. While I don't have major problems with darkness & wrinkles, I know that prevention is key! I'll be on the lookout for this. Thanks for the review!

  3. ooo I've never seen this Biore product before, I was just at Walmart and Target yesterday trying to look for eyecreams. I like the applicator tips, I get really annoyed w/ the ones where you have to dig your finger in, haha.
You should definitely try to MUFE pencils and the Benefit cream shadows, I wish I had stocked up during the 15% sale, oh well there's always the F&F in the fall ;)

  5. THANK YOU FOR THE REVIEW!! :)

I haven't seen this one around, but now I gotta keep my eye out for it. After I'm done using the one from last months MPPB (rose one), I'm trying out the Olay Total Effects Eye Cream. We shall see!

  6. Thanks for the review, I'm looking for an eye cream. Biore sounds and looks like a pretty good decent brand that's easy to find.

  7. Biore has such great products, but one thing I haven't tried is their eye cream. I have dry upper lids, but don't tend to fight my lower lids. Have you tried this on your upper lids too? Please let me know what you think. Thanks hun!

  10. Thank you for the review! I just recently bought this as I too have baggage under the eye area- which I'm really fed up with to be quite honest. I've pretty much had it all my life but it seems to get worse and more prominent as I get older (I'm 18 btw. I'm considering plastic surgery if it doesn't clear up in the next few years) Anyways, this Biore cream and I have been on hiatus. After reading this, I might give it another go and allow it some more time to take effect. Hopefully it'll help. Thanks again. I feel a bit more hopeful now. Glad to have randomly stumbled across your blog when looking up the product. Far out. It better work! Cheers from Sydney, Australia.
