Dealing with Anxious Thoughts

We all have anxious thoughts here are a few things I find helpful when I need relief from my anxious thoughts. 
 

 The meditation app I referenced is the Calm app. They did not sponsor me! I’ve been using the app for almost two years and meditating has really helped me.
